Life coaching

Two Fortune 500 CEOs on the value of coaching:

Personal life coaching can help you shape and realise your vision for your future, your best possible life, your ideal organisation and your winning business strategy.

You may have been dreaming about how you will do something great in life, but feel unsure where to start. Or worse, part of you is not even convinced you can get there.

Now think of the people who achieved their dreams. For instance, Olympic gold medallists. They were only able to do it with a team of dedicated coaches and supporters that unlocked their full potential.

A life coach will challenge your thoughts, guide your actions and hold you accountable towards your goals. Whether you are a C-suite executive, employee or entrepreneur - everyone can benefit from coaching.

What coaching can do for you

Coaches function like mirrors. They reflect back your thoughts and ideas with carefully formulated questions to help you see things clearer. In particular, I can coach you in the following three situations:

Sometimes we are stuck in our own little world, repeating the same thoughts and hampering our own progress.

Getting "unstuck"

From the outside, it seems you are doing well for yourself. But on the inside, you somehow feel stuck or unhappy. Something is missing and you have yet to figure out what...

Strategic life and business decisions often require widening of your perspective, which a personal coach helps you with.

Strategic planning

Big ambitions require clearing all the roads toward achieving them. You need to overcome whatever is holding you back, so you can build on a winning plan for you and your organisation.

Responsible leadership

Leaders have to make decisions that often impact many people. A coach like me helps you gain confidence in doing so.

At the heart of being a leader is the ability to make impactful decisions. Are you an effective decision-maker? What beliefs and values drive your decisions? Are they helpful? Let's find out.

How I coach

01

Expert on human behaviour

I have academic degrees in psychology and neuroscience, and ample life experiences that allow me to deeply understand human behaviour - people's drivers, insecurities and potential.

02

Great ears

When friends or relatives struggle or are unsure what to do, they often call me. Because I can truly listen. As a coach, I tune in to your thoughts, emotions and ambitions, and will provide you with honest, structured feedback.

03

Professional ethics

Ethical conduct and confidentiality, as laid out in the Association for Coaching and International Coaching Federation, are top priorities in my coaching process. I will ensure to create a trusting environment and uphold clear professional boundaries.

04
