(Executive) life coaching

Bill Gates and Eric Schmidt on the value of coaching:

Coaching is about helping you realise the vision you have for your future, your best possible life, your ideal organisation and your winning business strategy.

Imagine you have this great big dream you want to achieve, but you are unsure where to start. Or worse, part of you is not even convinced you can get there.

Now think of the people who achieved their dreams. For instance, Olympic gold medallists. They were only able to do it with a team of dedicated coaches and supporters that unlocked their fullest potential.

A life coach will challenge your thoughts, guide your actions and hold you accountable so you can reach your goals. Whether you are a C-suite executive, employee or entrepreneur, everyone can benefit from coaching.

What coaching can do for you

Coaching is a process tailored to the individual. It is completely selfless, as the coach's only goal is to support you in achieving success. There are many life situations that make coaching an especially useful method. I specialise in:

Getting "unstuck"

From the outside, it seems you are doing well for yourself. But on the inside, you somehow feel stuck or unhappy. If this is you, I will coach you in finding (new) purpose and gratitude for what you have.

Strategic planning

Big ambitions require clearing all the roads toward achieving them. We will work on overcoming what stops you, leveraging your strengths and building a winning plan for you and/or your organisation.

Responsible leadership

Gaining a deep understanding the problem

Senior leadership is defined by larger responsibilities. At the heart of it is making impactful decisions. How do you feel about your efficacy as a leader? What beliefs and values drive your decisions? Are they helpful? Let's find out.

How I coach

01

Expert on human behaviour

I have academic degrees in psychology and neuroscience, and ample life experiences that allow me to deeply understand human behaviour - people's drives, insecurities and potential. I use this knowledge to function as your mirror.

03

Professional ethics

Ethical conduct and confidentiality, as laid out in the Association for Coaching and International Coaching Federation, are top priorities in my coaching practice. I treat each client with respect, ensure clients feel comfortable to talk about anything and uphold clear professional boundaries.

02

Great ears

When friends or relatives struggle or are unsure what to do, they often call me. Because I can truly listen. As a coach, I tune in to your thoughts, emotions and ambitions, and provide you an honest, structured reflection to help you see clearer.

04

Flexible

Online, hybrid, over the phone, in person - you can benefit anywhere from my coaching. Depending on your goal(s), we will determine the frequency and number of sessions as required.

The coaching process

An intake call

We will start with an intro call that typically takes about 15-30 minutes. It is for you to tell me what you are looking to achieve, and for me to see if I can help you with that.

The first session

If we are both happy to continue, the first session will focus on refining your goals and understanding your context.

Between sessions

You will need time to reflect further on what the first session brought to you and perform the actions you committed to. I will be available for support by e-mail and text.

Follow-up session(s)

Based on your new reflections and actions, you set the objectives for any follow-up session(s). We continue until you achieve what you got me as a coach for.

Feedback

To ensure I actually helped you, I will ask you to fill in a feedback form and, if you allow, check in with you once more two week after our last session.
